Welcome to a new 21-day challenge featuring I am affirmations. This will focus on a central affirmation I’ve been using a lot lately: Today I look for and appreciate the good. I love this affirmation for two reasons. One, it attunes your mind to look for opportunities and what’s right in the world. It trains your brain to notice the good and to celebrate it. And two, it encourages you to appreciate the good you see. To be thankful and grateful for all the positive things in your life.
